  • Review and analysis of arguments presented to the BART Airport Extension project Dispute Review Board (DRB), draft opinions & recommendations for the DRB panel members.

  • Acting for a contractor in a dispute with a national bank over lien priority on foreclosed property. Matter reached settlement on terms favorable to my client.

  • Acting for a defendant benevolent society in a $6 million dispute relating to the delays and changes to the construction of a building in downtown San Francisco.

  • Analysis of Loss of Labor Productivity and Related Claims on the Intel FAB 32 Project, Chandler, AZ. Prepare key deliverables for expert testimony.

  • Review and analysis of subcontractor activity during construction of the Director General for Intelligence & Security (DGIS) Headquarters, IRAQ. Identify key issues, draft analysis opinions and key deliverables for expert testimony.
